What changed from senhasegura to Segura®?

This is more than a name change—it’s a global evolution. “Segura®” is sharper, easier to remember, and built to scale worldwide. It reflects our commitment to making identity security faster, simpler, and more accessible for real IT teams everywhere.

What else changed besides the name?

We’ve refreshed our visual identity, voice, and positioning—but our values, product excellence, and customer commitment stay the same. Segura® is still the platform your customers trust, now with an even clearer story.

How does this impact our positioning in the market?

Positively. The rebrand strengthens our global appeal and helps us stand apart from legacy competitors. It signals innovation, speed, and clarity—values that matter to your customers and drive stronger go-to-market performance.

Will this affect how I work day-to-day?

Not directly. But it’s important to start using the updated brand in all partner-facing and customer-facing materials—including emails, proposals, presentations, and websites.

How should we communicate this change to our clients?

Keep it simple:

• This is a rebrand—not an acquisition or merger.
• Segura® is the same trusted solution, with a modern name and a smarter platform.
•Share the official rebrand page with your clients: segura.security/new-brand

When will the rebrand take place?

The official switch happens March 31, 2025, at 12:00 AM (BRT – UTC -3). From that point on, all communications should use the Segura® name and identity.

What will happen during the brand switch?

• The website will redirect to segura.security;
• Our social media will reflect the new brand;
• Corporate emails will begin using the new domain (with temporary redirects in place;
• Make sure all communications, collateral, and interactions reflect the Segura® brand from this date forward.

What should we update immediately?

✅ Your website and partner materials with the Segura® logo;
✅ Proposals, presentations, and pitch decks;
✅ Contracts and technical documentation;
✅ How you talk about the brand—Segura®, not senhasegura

Where can I find new brand materials?

All updated logos, templates, guidelines, and promotional assets are available in the New Affinity Portal.

How do I make sure I'm using the brand correctly?

Use the Visual Identity Guide in the Affinity Portal for logo placement, typography, color usage, and messaging. When in doubt, contact our team—we’re here to support you.

How will the transition to the new website and emails work?

Starting March 31, 2025, our website will move to segura.security and all corporate emails will update to the @segura.security domain.

Don’t worry—temporary redirects will remain in place to ensure nothing gets lost. You can keep using existing links and email addresses during the transition.
